How do I begin ordering my Reform kitchen?
If you’re at the very beginning of your project, we highly recommend scheduling a meeting with us to discuss your design. During these informal meetings, we can advise on design, answer questions regarding fully utilizing your space and formulate a plan for how we proceed. After the initial meeting, we can provide general estimates for your review to see if Reform aligns with your budget. If you would like an estimate without scheduling a meeting, please send us your plans or photo of your space and your preferred Reform design. We will provide you with an estimated budget and lead time.
Do you provide a complete solution that includes measurement and installation?
Measuring your space is easier than you might expect and we can provide tips on how to measure. If measuring your space makes you uneasy, we’d recommend reaching out to one of our recommended installers for assistance.
Can I install the Reform solution with your cabinets myself?
We recommend a professional installation to ensure the most precise fit and quality installation but it is possible for you to install the kitchen yourself if you consider yourself handy. You will need an electrician and a plumber for connecting appliances and water. If you are going the DIY route, please let your Reform representative know during the ordering process.
What is the delivery time?
Lead time is typically 14–18 weeks from the date the order is placed within the continental United States. HI/AK customers should contact us for ship times as these areas vary. We offer standard curbside delivery as well as White Glove with packaging disposal depending on your needs.
Should you need to order additional parts after your order delivers we offer expedited shipping and production lead times.
Do you sell countertops?
Yes. The architects and designers behind our kitchens have curated a selection of colors and materials, which they recommend for their specific design.
We offer the following countertops across North America: Linoleum, solid oak, FENIX NTM laminate, stainless steel and HDPE.
The following countertops are only available from Reform for deliveries near our showrooms: Dekton, Silestone, and marble.
How much is shipping? Can I pick up the order myself and save money on delivery costs?
All orders are made to order in Europe and shipped directly to you. Shipping is a flat rate of $995 for your order. White Glove delivery, island shipping, remote deliveries and delivery outside of the continental United States is available for an additional cost. If this applies to your order, please reach out and we’d be happy to quote you a shipping price.
Do you have a showroom where I can see your products?
We currently have Reform showrooms in Denmark, the US, and Germany—with more locations on the way. Please drop by and pay us a visit if you’re in the area.
Can I order a sample?
Yes, you can order a selection of samples online. You can order a big sample from certain designs and add color cards, which will help you in your decision regarding the final color you're going to choose. We will send you the sample as soon as we have registered your order.
What’s your return policy?
We pride ourselves on producing thorough, customized plans prior to placing your order to ensure you love the final design. We go through a rigorous design process and our products are made to order. Due to this, we cannot accept returns or cancellations. We pride ourselves on our work and in the event there are any mistakes made on our part, we will make them right.
Is there warranty on Reform products?
We offer warranty on all Reform products. The duration of the warranty depends on the type of product.
Can you accommodate panel-ready appliances or custom fronts?
Yes. We can make fronts for most panel-ready appliances. Please provide us with the brand and model or a copy of the specification sheets and we will manufacture them as per the recommended size. It is also possible to order a limited number of custom-sized fronts when you provide us with the exact measurements. The fronts will not be drilled for any door hinges or drawer hardware. We do not manufacture fully custom kitchens.

Depending on your delivery location, we offer recommendations for appliances, countertop templating, installation services, and more. Let us know if we can help with any of these.
